Yeah, I’m bragging a bit, but who wouldn’t if you presented them with this scrumptious milk chocolate, white chocolate Oreo cookie and candy cane mixture? This isn’t that chintzy bark you get at the stores, heck, I’d venture to guess they pave Santa’s roads with this stuff at the North Pole! Its more like Oreo Peppermint Concrete — but who’s writing this recipe anyway? Oh, right, my wife, Jen! LOL

So here it is — it only takes a few minutes to make and people will be raving about this for years!!!

Chocolate Crunch Candy Cane Bark

32 small Candy Canes
24 chocolate cream filled cookies
16 oz Chocolate Chips
32 oz White Chocolate Chips

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Crush chocolate cookies in plastic bag until crushed into larger pieces.

Melt chocolate chips by microwaving 45 seconds and stirring and repeating until melted and smooth.

Pour onto prepared pan and smooth into an even layer.

Distribute crushed Oreos over the chocolate.
Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to set up.

Crush candy canes in plastic bag until crushed.

Melt white chocolate chips by microwaving 45 seconds and stirring and repeating until melted and smooth.

Pour onto cooled chocolate and chocolate cookies and smooth to cover.

Distribute peppermint over the white chocolate layer.

Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set up.

Break into pieces before serving.
