Want to try out for a Disney movie? Well, now's your Big Chance!
Central Casting and Disney Studios have announced that there is a casting call for background actors and extras for their upcoming movie with the production title “Goodbye Stranger.”
Apparently it is a love story set in the 1910 era, according to producers, and they plan on filming September the 10th and finish in early December.
Some have speculated that this movie is in actuality a live-action version of Disney’s “Lady and the Tramp”, which has created quite a buzz here in Savannah.
If you are interested in trying out, there are a few things for you to keep in mind.
The casting call is scheduled for Aug. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Savannah Civic Center.
In order to be considered for a role, you must arrive tat the casting call prepared.
- Central Casting, is looking for people to portray “all ethnicities and ages.” You will be paid for your time and no fees or experience is required.
- You will be required to fill out a federal I-9 form and must bring required ID.
- Headshots are not required but they ask you to dress accordingly for how you want to be seen by casting directors, producers and directors.
