This Keto peanut butter chocolate chip snack cake will blow your mind!

Do you have any friends currently abiding by the popular Paleo or Keto diets? This Keto recipe is going to blow their minds!

The Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Snack Cake doesn’t look like a diet cake or taste like a diet cake, because it’s not a diet cake.

It’s an incredibly tasty cake — that happens to be sugar free, gluten free and most importantly, guilt free!

Do you have any friends currently abiding by the popular Paleo or Keto diets? Of course you do. You know what they haven’t had in a long time? Cake. Sweet and sugary goodness is normally off limits for these no-carb and no-sugar diets, which means your dessert-deprived friends will be singing your praise and begging for this recipe.

Oh and the non-dieting friends? They’ll take that recipe too please.

Let’s face it; most of us have been unruly, undisciplined eaters over the last few months. It started with the Halloween candy. Then the hedonistic Turkey Day gorging. Following that caloric catastrophe, the subsequent “Leftover Week” provides time for home chefs across the country to begin their seasonal baking bonanza. All amazing. Almost all aggressively anti-diet.
Chocolate brittle, sweet nothings, reindeer poop (the good kind), apple crisp, and just like that you’re up a pant size before Santa’s finished wrapping your new jeans—which will no longer require a belt.

If only there were another option that wasn’t so sugary, but tasted like it was!

Here’s an idea: next time you’re throwing or attending one of these sweet-centric holiday food-fests, try a dessert dish that delivers on taste but holds back on the crazy sugar and carb levels in every other dish on the table.

Imagine the peanut butter and chocolate chip goodness of a Clif bar, but swap out the denseness with light, moist, brownie-like texture that cuts with a fork and melts in your mouth. Yes and yes.
From the fresh-cookie smell to the abundance of chocolate chips, the dessert screams, “I AM NOT A DIET CAKE!” And it’s right. It tastes like a cheat day cake, without the accompanied guilt and shame.

Do yourself a favor and try something new in the kitchen this holiday season. Surprise the friends and family, maybe even surprise yourself with a sugar-less take on the sweetest time of the year.
Here’s the recipe. Now give it a shot!
