“Here at the Enmarket Savannah Hockey Classic we’ve got a lot of fun things planned. it’s our 20th anniversary. We’re going to start Friday night with a 90’s night. First 250 people through the door will get a free fanny pack. A lot of people come for the rivalries. They’re not a hockey fan, they’re a Georgia fan. They’re a Georgia Tech fan. Florida, Florida State. They want to see those rivalries. GA/FL game on Friday, the GA/GA Tech Game on Saturday night. What we see on the football field kind of crosses over to the hockey rink,” said Rob Wells, with the Savannah Sports Council.
On Saturday morning, join the Savannah Martin Luther King Junior Day Association for the business and community brunch. This annual event encourages harmony and unity in the Coastal Empire. There will be speakers and plenty of food for everyone.
